Policy Management
Policy management is important to every IT professional, which is why we added policy management to the HD Plus IT project management software. All IT policies which can be modified or updated are managed via this module. Policy templates are provided to help streamline the process within our business management software.
Policy adherence is managed via HDPlus and executes the work flow that requires each IT user to review policy documents. The workflow ensures that all users read and understand each policy; the user must acknowledge online that they have reviewed each policy. This is an automated function of our IT management software and does not required oversight.
Reporting – Reports are available that provide a listing of users and dates that each policy was read and accepted.
Dashboard – Policy compliance will indicate a percentage of completion during policy reviews. HDPlus also issues reminders to users outstanding in their policy certification acceptance, completely offloading this task, and as needed reminders are also escalated to team management.
